About the event
Don't think that middle-senior age is still a long way off, so start preparing now.
If you can do something that you love and are good at, you can have a lot of fun and do high-quality work.
However, it's difficult to express your likes and dislikes in a company, and even you yourself may not really know what you like or dislike.
However, when you reach middle age, you want to do work you enjoy. The best time to start thinking about this is in your 40s.
We will hold a workshop to help you realize what you value and find work that you enjoy and are good at. For those in their 50s and 60s, known as middle seniors, why not work more "enrichingly" rather than "desperately"?
