After graduating from the University of the Sacred Heart, she worked for an overseas travel agency in the JAL Group before going independent and starting her own business as a coach in 2005.

Since 2004, he has served as an advisor for the entrepreneurial support project "Dream Gate," sponsored by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, where he provided support for entrepreneurship and start-ups, as well as for small and medium-sized business owners. After that, he met Masanobu Fukushima, and from 2007 he served as an executive committee member and dream mentor for the "Dream Plan Presentation," a competition where adults speak earnestly about their dreams, where he learned about mentoring.

To date, I have had in-depth involvement with over 600 clients through one-on-one coaching, and have supported the dreams of over 5,000 participants in seminars and corporate training.

When I encountered Eastern destiny studies, I learned about the destiny I was born with and that through effort and the environment I was in, I could carve out my own destiny. I was also drawn to the idea that by clarifying my own axis (i.e., my life mission), I could change the way I work and even the way I live.

Currently, in addition to providing executive coaching and planning and running events at his own company, he serves as a director of the Mission Mentoring Association, a general incorporated association, teaches Reiki therapy as a direct transmission Reiki master, and facilitates workation projects and corporate training to support companies and the local community.
