[Facilitator]

Junko Takaku

She is the Secretary General of Well-being Design General Incorporated Association and a certified Well-being Dialogue Card facilitator. She runs a community that co-creates a well-being society, and creates spaces for learning and practicing well-being through dialogue using dialogue cards developed by Professor Maeno of Keio University, a leading authority on happiness studies, and the "Four Factors of Happiness Studies." She wants to support people who want to increase their self-efficacy in "working and living" in their own way by providing well-being learning and awareness programs that utilize Kamakura's local capital, helping them to lead the self. She became a freelancer, wanting to prioritize "with whom, where, and what to do." Previously, she worked in the administrative offices of learning spaces for working adults, such as design schools, business schools, and corporate training.
