About the event

Don't think that middle-senior age is still a long way off, so start preparing now.

If you can do something that you love and are good at, you can have a lot of fun and do high-quality work.

However, it's difficult to express your likes and dislikes in a company, and even you yourself may not really know what you like or dislike.

However, when you reach middle age, you want to do work you enjoy. The best time to start thinking about this is in your 40s.

You need to realize what you value, where your community is, and what you "like."

We will hold a workshop to help participants discover what kind of work they are "good at."

For those in their 50s and 60s, known as middle-aged seniors, why not work more "enrichingly" rather than "desperately"?

Use this as an opportunity to realize the importance of doing work you love and living a wonderful and fulfilling life.

[Lecturer]

Misaki Watanabe

Representative of Hitonokoto

Kamakura, Director of the Town Human Resources Department, General Incorporated Association

He began his career in the human resources department of a company.

Involved in human resources, recruitment, and education and training, he is responsible for recruitment interviews, internal job rotation, revamping the internal training system, and planning and running internal training for everyone from new employees to managers.

After going independent, he aimed to make Kamakura a "working town" where everyone can work happily, and he established "Hitonokoto," which positions itself as "Kamakura's Human Resources Department" and provides support for human resources operations, mainly in Kamakura.

A "Kamakura Company Joint Information Session" was also held, bringing together companies in the city.

This year marks the eighth year since the launch of the "Women's Second Career Step Seminar," a collaborative project with Kamakura City.

Currently, together with his colleagues in Kamakura, he is running a workation week to enhance well-being, aiming to create a way of working that will increase happiness in the local community.
