This session is based on mindfulness and will help you develop the ability to calmly face your own emotions and manage them appropriately. It is a one-on-one private session tailored to your challenges and goals.

About the event

This session is based on mindfulness and will help you calmly confront your emotions and develop the ability to manage them appropriately. This is a one-on-one, private session tailored to your challenges and goals.

Mindfulness Sound Meditation Guide

Born in Kanagawa Prefecture in 1981. Graduated from the Department of Mathematics, Faculty of Science, Gakushuin University and the Department of Architectural Design, Kyoto University of Art and Design.

After working as a systems development consultant at an IT company and in the development and sales of residential and investment properties at a real estate developer, he started his own business in 2014. Aiming to realize a society where each and every person can shine in the "here and now," he creates spaces based on mindfulness and compassion, plans, designs, programs and supports the operation of meditation and community spaces, and is involved in the "SDGs x IDGs Well-being Workation Shonan Kamakura" project, which aims to realize well-being ways of living and working on a global scale.

She runs "ThinkSpace Kamakura," a coworking space where people can enhance their concentration and creativity through introspection and spend mindful work time engaging in open dialogue. In addition to providing workspace, she also offers sound meditation and tea meditation retreats around the hearth, as well as online sound meditation sessions where people can enter a deeper state of relaxation while surrounded by the flickering sounds of singing bowls and crystal bowls.
