Kamakura, Director of the Town Human Resources Department, General Incorporated Association
He began his career in the human resources department of a company.
Involved in human resources, recruitment, and education and training, he is responsible for recruitment interviews, internal job rotation, revamping the internal training system, and planning and running internal training for everyone from new employees to managers.
After going independent, he established "Hitonokoto," a company that provides support for human resources operations, mainly in Kamakura, positioning himself as "Kamakura's Human Resources Department," with the aim of making Kamakura a "working town" where everyone can work happily.
A "Kamakura Company Joint Information Session" was also held, bringing together companies in the city.
This year marks the eighth year since the launch of the "Women's Second Career Step Seminar," a collaborative project with Kamakura City.
Currently, together with his colleagues in Kamakura, he is running a workation week to enhance well-being, aiming to create a way of working that will increase happiness in the local community.
