Yasuo Otsuka
Born in Colombia in 1973. Grew up in Koshigaya and later Yokohama. Graduated from the Tokyo Institute of Technology Yacht Club. Pursuing a free lifestyle as a surfer, he switched from system engineer to designer. At the same time, he has been involved in numerous social activities.
Hobbies: surfing, yachting, basketball, music
