Why not have a dialogue using the "Well-Being Dialogue Cards" that foster a happy state of mind together? You may discover your own happiness while enjoying the magnificent views of the sea and mountains. Come and spend a moment getting to know yourself, feeling connected, and increasing your well-being. We have prepared questions for the Well-Being Dialogue based on the theme of circulation. Join us in a dialogue where you dare to put into words things that you "don't normally think about"! But don't worry if you're not sure what well-being is. Anyone who is interested is welcome to participate.

If you are wondering what well-being is, don't worry. Anyone who is interested is welcome to participate.

[What are Well-Being Dialogue Cards?]

Well-Being Dialogue Cards are cards with dialogue questions written on them, developed by Professor Takashi Maeno of Keio University Graduate School, a leading authority in happiness studies, and Madoka Maeno. Based on knowledge of happiness studies, the aim is to increase happiness levels as people use the cards.

For example, questions that do not have clear answers, such as "What is something you are excited to try?" or "What are you grateful for?" can lead to new realizations and a sense of diversity, allowing you to enjoy dialogue.
