[5/17 10:00] Listen to the "real voices" of your colleagues! Creating psychological safety with generative AI Lab
For a team to grow healthily, "psychological safety," where everyone feels comfortable expressing their opinions, is essential. And the foundation of this is "respect," a relationship of mutual recognition and respect. In this session, we will use generative AI as a "dialogue partner" to learn how to create opportunities to draw out the "true voices" of your team, which are usually hard to reveal. Would you like to join us in experiencing how technology and people can connect to build a team where respect circulates?
Time & Location
May 17, 2025, 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Kamakura Lifelong Learning Center Kirara Kamakura 6th Assembly Room, Kamakura Lifelong Learning Center, 1-10-5 Komachi, Kamakura City, Kanagawa Prefecture, 248-0006, Japan
About the event
"Recently, my team members haven't been able to express their true feelings." "I can't say what I want to say because I'm too shy or too considerate."
Have you ever felt that sense of discomfort?
For a team to grow healthily, it is essential to have "psychological safety" where everyone can feel safe expressing their opinions. And the foundation of this is "mutual recognition and respect = respect."
In this session, you will learn how to use generative AI as a "dialogue partner" to create opportunities to bring out the "true voices" of your team, which are usually not readily apparent .
There are things that AI, not people, can say and notice.
By everyone taking another look at the "voice" that has been put into words, an atmosphere of empathy and trust will gradually spread throughout the team.
Why not join us and experience how we can create a team where respect circulates by connecting people with technology?
Recommended for:
Those who want to value "each other's voices" rather than "what others think"
Leaders and members who want to foster more honesty and trust in their teams
Those who want to learn how to increase psychological safety based on respect
Those who want to use generative AI in team building and dialogue
People who are interested in dialogue that focuses on "relationships" rather than "opinions"
