This is a simple program that awakens the healing sensations that lie dormant within you, such as a sense of connection to nature and a sense of happiness, while walking barefoot along the shoreline. Experience the mindfulness that comes from concentrating on the feel of the sand, the smell of the sea, the pleasant sensations, and the sense of being here and now that you get from earthing, and letting go of various things for a moment. We will also share tips for enjoying a comfortable time at the beach. About the event

Yasuo Otsuka


Born in Colombia in 1973. Grew up in Koshigaya and later Yokohama. Graduated from the Tokyo Institute of Technology Yacht Club. Pursuing a free lifestyle as a surfer, he switched from system engineer to designer. At the same time, he has been involved in numerous social activities.

Hobbies: surfing, yachting, basketball, music
