About the event
Have you ever worked so hard every day that you suddenly stopped and wondered what it was that you valued?
This workshop is a special time for you.
Use the "Everyone's Well-Being Cards" to gently listen to your heart.
Participants will choose a card that catches their eye, discuss it freely in groups, and come into contact with "important things" that they themselves may not have realized.
By speaking honestly about how you feel and listening to what others have to say, you can encounter unexpected empathy and discoveries.
These small moments warm the heart and sometimes bring about realizations that make our hearts tremble.
As you continue to talk, your thoughts that you have not yet been able to put into words and the values that you want to cherish will naturally emerge.
And surely, by the end of the workshop—
"I'm kind of looking forward to what the future holds for me."
In this way, you will find yourself feeling a little excitement about the future.
Why not come and find your next step in a warm and safe space?

Kyoko Masuda
Founder of the NTT Docomo Group's official circle "Well-being Promotion Office"
Representative of Dialogue Insight
I joined NTT Docomo as a new graduate, working in a wide range of areas including mobile phone development, service planning, and sales. I loved my job and the company and had been working hard towards my career, but a setback led me to take time to deeply consider my own feelings, relationships with others, and my own way of being. This led me to learn about mental health, counseling, careers, and more, and to discover the important concept of "well-being." In addition to my day job, I founded a well-being promotion community within the company in 2024 with volunteers. We hold study groups and workshops, and are expanding the environment for learning together with our colleagues. I also expand my activities both inside and outside the company as a lecturer and career counselor, with the aim of creating a society where everyone can work in a fulfilling and authentic way.
