About the event

[Brief biography]

Born in Taiwan in 1967, he grew up in Japan from the age of three and moved to the United States after graduating from high school.

 

After returning to Japan, she worked at an English conversation school before building her career in human resources at five foreign companies: Mars Japan, Ford Motor Company, Adidas Japan, Pfizer, and Nippon Paul. During her time as a company employee, she experienced managerial positions, childbirth, and re-employment, and in 2006 she obtained an MBA from Hosei University Graduate School of Business, becoming independent upon graduation and continuing to work to this day.

 

Currently, with the mission of "designing a fulfilling work life," he works in corporate HR and management system design, human resources and organizational development, and as a HR and management advisor and consultant. He is particularly skilled in building, planning, and implementing training in the area of corporate human capital, including EQ (emotional intelligence)-based leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and improving engagement, and has collaborated with over 100 organizations, primarily large corporations. He also serves as a director of two NPOs, where he is involved in solving social issues in the areas of work style reform and career education. In 2018, he launched EQ+LAB., a Japanese-based EQ-owned media outlet, and is currently exploring work and life, business, corporate, and social activities through "spiritual enrichment" through emotional intelligence.
