About the event

Conditioning your mind and body is important to maintain and improve your daily performance.

In today's increasingly diverse world, skills such as adaptability, resilience, and flexibility in the face of difficult situations and stress have become necessary in a variety of situations, including business settings, individuals, and companies.

This course focuses on the pelvis, the foundation of the body, where the abdomen and lower back are located, which have long been considered important parts of the Japanese body. Together, we will learn about the mechanisms that affect the mind and body. We will also introduce pelvic adjustments and seasonal self-care based on "chiropractic" that is suited to the Japanese climate and constitution of the Japanese people. In the quiet environment of Zaimokuza, Kamakura, near the sea, we will raise awareness of mind and body alignment, recover from fatigue, and refresh ourselves. We hope that this will also serve as an opportunity to reconsider how we spend our daily lives. Let's have fun exploring the depths of the pelvis.
