[11/9 13:30] Listen to the "real voices" of your colleagues: Creating Psychological Safety with Generative AI
✨ "Empathy x Generative AI: Experience a Better Connection with Your Peers" ✨ Empathy analysis technology helps you understand the emotions and perspectives of others when it comes to misunderstandings in your relationships with peers. By interacting with peers through the filter of "respect," you can create a psychologically safe environment. This time, we're leveraging generative AI to provide a system that even beginners can implement.

About the event
✨ "Empathy x Generative AI: A more connected experience with your peers" ✨
When interacting with colleagues, sometimes slight misunderstandings can occur. In this program, we use "empathy analysis technology" to explore such situations and find opportunities to understand the other person's feelings and perspective. By using generative AI to create a "respect training" system together, we will help build teams where people can feel safe and demonstrate their strengths.
You'll also learn steps to increase psychological safety with your colleagues and experience practical methods for designing the optimal generative AI to match those steps. *This training, developed by Netflix based on the research results of Google's "Project Aristotle," aims to improve communication with colleagues and prevent workplace harassment. By combining it with generative AI, even beginners can easily understand and put it into practice.
・Capacity: 18 people
[Recommended for the following people]
Those who feel they have difficulty communicating with their colleagues and those who want to learn about psychological safety
Those who want to increase engagement in their organization or team
People involved in human resources and training, team leaders
[Request for participation]
In some parts of this program, you will actually operate the generating AI.
Since this is a collaborative program with Google, I will explain using the Gemini app and NotebookLM, but you can also use other generative AI services such as ChatGPT.
Bringing your own laptop will ensure a smooth participation.
(If you cannot bring a PC, we will provide a worksheet using sticky notes, so please feel free to participate.)
[Instructor introduction]

Ryusuke Kuroki
GenAI Lecturer at NTT Docomo, Inc.
Docomo Academy 4th Term AI Specialist
Docomo Group Workcation Circle "Nomad Docomo" East Japan Area Leader
While researching elements of fostering psychological safety to increase various organizational engagements at NTT Docomo, I realized that using generative AI to put into words the "seeds of empathy in people's hearts" would lead to trust with colleagues and a sense of fulfillment. So, together with Google, we developed a respect training system that utilizes autonomous AI, and now we are helping to create systems in a variety of workplaces that allow everyone to feel safe and demonstrate their abilities.
At this "Kamakura Well-Being Days," you will be able to experience some of these things together.
To participate in the program, you will need either a 1-DAY pass, 2-DAY pass, or 3-DAY pass.
If you haven't purchased it yet, please purchase it here .
Please refrain from entering or leaving the program midway. If you will be arriving late on the day, please contact the event organizers ( mail@kamakurawellbeing.com ).
