■Profile

Yasuo Otsuka
Born in Colombia in 1973. Grew up in Koshigaya and later Yokohama. Graduated from the Tokyo Institute of Technology Yacht Club. Pursuing a free lifestyle as a surfer, he switched from system engineer to designer. At the same time, he has been involved in numerous social activities. Hobbies: surfing, yachting, basketball, and Ohayashi music. Certified facilitator for the 2030 SDGs card game. Involved in: Shonan Vision Institute, Kamacon, Vacant House Ranger, Surfrider Foundation Japan, Ohayashi music club, University Yacht Club Alumni Association, etc.
