This workshop allows participants to take natural stones in their hands, feel their colors and textures, and reflect on their current selves. Like a mirror, stones reflect our state of mind and unconscious feelings. Through group dialogue and sharing, this experience allows participants to deepen their understanding of both themselves and others. Please cherish your intuition and enjoy the awareness and dialogue that natural stones bring.

No special arrangements are required. You can participate empty-handed.

(Recommended: Your favorite writing implement and notebook. If you do not have your own, we will lend you sticky notes and writing implements.)

Currently active in salons and schools, with the themes of "balancing your sensibilities" and "remembering who you are." She provides opportunities for self-understanding and understanding of others in a way that is easy to incorporate into everyday life.
