[11/9 14:40] Thinking about mobility in a walkable city - Circulation vehicle workshop
As we deepen our understanding of "walkable cities," we will come up with ideas for a new form of mobility known as the "circulation vehicle." The "circulation vehicle" is more than just a means of transportation. It aims to support the vitality of the city by bringing people, things, and activities together within the city and "circulating" resources and connections. Together, we will consider mobility that makes use of local resources, creates places for people to gather, and serves as a community hub.

About the event
What do you think a "walkable city" is?
In this workshop, you will deepen your understanding of "walkable cities" and come up with ideas for a new form of mobility called "circulating vehicles."
The "circulator" is not just a means of transportation.
We aim to become a presence that supports the vitality of the town by bringing people, things, and activities together within the town and "circulating" resources and connections. We will work together to think about mobility that utilizes local resources, creates places where people can gather, and plays a role as a community hub.
At the workshop, we will focus on the features and possibilities of the vehicle, and exchange ideas with local residents on the themes of "What kind of experience can we provide?" and "What kind of space can we create?" to give shape to these ideas.
