In order to fully utilize the abilities of athletes in their work, rather than thinking about it after retirement, it is important to start working on it while you are still active, thus expanding your possibilities as an athlete. This is a workshop-style program where current and former athletes, as well as people involved who are highly interested in the issue of second careers for athletes, think about and design the careers and lifestyles of athletes.
