A workshop to help athlete employees shine at work. How can we ensure that athlete employees belonging to a company are active not only in competition but also in their work? What do you think about the career path of athlete employees? Athlete employees demonstrate their abilities in competition, but are unable to demonstrate their abilities when they become regular employees. We will hold a workshop to prevent this from happening. We will explore beyond the boundaries of each company what strengths athletes have, how they can utilize those strengths to contribute to the company, and how to ensure that athlete employees want to build a career and be active at this company after retiring from competition.
