[Lecturer]

Tetsuji Inaba

As a producer at Esshikarya, editor in chief of Circular HR, director of GEWEL, executive at Waris, and co-leader of Kamakura Ethical Lab, which aims to make Kamakura a fair trade town, he is working to create opportunities and spaces for ethics, sustainability, SDGs, gender equality, and diversity, and to change the way we live and work.

[Cooperation]

Kamakura Ethical Lab

Kamakura Ethical Lab aims to have Kamakura City certified as a Fair Trade Town and to continue doing so. We aim to create a Kamakura where both current and future generations can live ethically and with hope by bringing together diverse people with ties to Kamakura, a city blessed with nature such as the sea, mountains, and rivers, boasting a rich history and culture, and living a life that values connections between people, as a testing ground (lab) to seek a transformation of the current socio-economic system based on mass production, mass consumption, and mass waste, exploring a society of empathy and coexistence that overcomes the challenges of the new Anthropocene, and communicating a vision of the future based on Kamakura's unique past and present.

Esshikarya

This is a select shop in Kamakura that sells ethical and SDGs products. With the theme of "ethical in everyday life," the shop stocks fair trade, organic, and sustainable materials such as recycled waste, as well as clothing, fashion accessories, daily necessities, and food from all over Japan and around the world.
