[Event hours: 9:30-12:00 / 14:00-16:30] We have invited Nami Nami, the darling of huarache from BB Huarache Shokai, to this event where you can create your own original huarache. Huaraches are sandals worn by the Tarahumara people, an indigenous people who live deep in the mountains known as Copper Canyon in northwestern Mexico. They feel similar to running barefoot, and allow you to run while making the most of the functions of your feet. In addition, because they do not constrict your feet and are highly fashionable, they are recommended not only for walking and running, but also for everyday use.

Feel the Earth with Warachi-making Workshop

[About the event]

This event will invite Nami Nami, the waraji prodigy from "BB Warachi Shokai," to create original waraji.

Huaraches are sandals worn by the indigenous Tarahumara people who live in the mountains of the Copper Canyon in northwestern Mexico. They give the feeling of running barefoot and allow you to make the most of the functions of your feet.

In addition, since they do not constrict your feet and are highly fashionable, they are recommended for everyday use as well as walking and running.

[Recommended for these people]

Warachi shoes are perfect for nature-loving Kamakura Workation Week participants, as they give you a barefoot feeling and allow you to feel the earth. Whether you run or not, be sure to take advantage of this opportunity!
