This is a bodywork method that focuses on the pelvis. It not only treats the body, but also aligns the mind and body through an approach that encourages self-awareness, including the mental aspect.

This program combines pelvic floor muscle exercises in conjunction with breathing techniques, self-manipulative exercises, and fascial stretches for the lower body, aiming to relieve tension around the pelvis, align the skeleton, and restore and maintain the function of the area around the pelvis.

Get back to your natural state and be free from various physical and mental ailments.

It is expected to be effective in preventing and improving health problems around the pelvis, such as lower back pain, menstrual pain, constipation, and decreased urinary and reproductive function.
