This is a workshop-style program that aims to generate endogenous innovation from the perspectives of both human capabilities (IDGs) and social systems (SDGs). This time, the theme will be "sustainability and resilience." "IDGs (Inner Development Goals)" is a common framework that promotes the inner growth of individuals and groups, which is necessary to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and will develop the qualities necessary for future social change from five perspectives (Being: relationships with oneself, Thinking: cognitive skills, Relating: consideration for others and the world, Collaborating: collaborative skills, Acting: bringing about change).

Mindfulness Sound Meditation Guide

Born in Kanagawa Prefecture in 1981. Graduated from the Department of Mathematics, Faculty of Science, Gakushuin University and the Department of Architectural Design, Kyoto University of Art and Design.

After gaining experience as a systems development consultant in an IT company and in the development and sales of residential and investment real estate for a real estate developer, he started his own company in 2014. Aiming to realize a society in which each and every person can shine in the "here and now," he is involved in creating spaces based on mindfulness and compassion, planning, designing, program designing and operating support for meditation and community spaces, and "SDGs x IDGs Well-Being Workation Shonan Kamakura," which realizes well-being ways of living and working on a global scale.

They operate "ThinkSpace Kamakura," a co-working space for people to enhance their concentration and creativity through introspection and spend mindful work time engaging in open dialogue. In addition to providing workspace, they also hold sound meditation and tea meditation retreats around the hearth, and offer online sound meditation time that leads to deeper relaxation while being enveloped in the flickering of singing bowls and crystal bowls.
