Kamakura Wellbeing Lab (hereinafter referred to as "our organization") and its operating company, Mindfulness Architects Inc. 1. When you apply to participate in a program organized by a company, organization, individual, etc. that has registered as a program organizer with our organization, all or part of your personal information will be provided only to the program organizer.

2. Except as provided in the preceding paragraph, in principle, the Organization and our company will not disclose personal information provided to third parties. However, personal information may be disclosed in the following cases:

・When it is necessary to protect a person's life, body, or property, and it is difficult to obtain the user's consent.

・When it is particularly necessary for the improvement of public health or the promotion of healthy child development, and it is difficult to obtain the individual's consent.

・When it is necessary to cooperate with a national government agency, local government, or a person commissioned by them in carrying out duties prescribed by law, and obtaining the user's consent may impede the performance of said duties.

・When other laws and regulations stipulate that the facility is obligated to disclose or provide personal information.

・Information that cannot identify the user

・Other cases where the Association reasonably determines that it is necessary to provide services to users.

Our organization and our company will comply with all relevant laws and regulations, and will endeavor to review and improve the management and operation system for your personal information as appropriate. In doing so, if any changes occur to this personal information policy, we will publish them on our website.

 

Article 4 (Reception of inquiries, etc.)

1. When handling personal information acquired by the Organization and our company, we will appoint a person in charge of management, manage the information appropriately, and strive to prevent leakage to outside parties. Furthermore, we will implement appropriate and reasonable safety measures to protect personal information against risks such as unauthorized access from outside, or loss, destruction, or falsification.
